We understand that there are various circumstances where you will no longer require us to fulfil your wedding car booking, but please note that regardless of the circumstance a cancellation may incur additional costs, depending on the point of cancellation and subject to our Cancellation Policy & Terms & Conditions. You should contact your wedding insurer to reclaim lost money.
- If the cancellation is communicated more than 10 weeks before the wedding you must still pay 50% of the total booking price and will be required to pay the difference between your deposit and this charge.
- If you cancel within 10 or less weeks all of the remaining balance is still due.
Once you have submitted your cancellation request we will process it as soon as possible, but please allow 48hrs for the changes to take effect and be visible on your booking page, a link to which can be found on your original booking confirmation.
