From booking to the actual wedding YWC were an excellent company to deal with. Easy to book and pay and excellent communication to give peace of mind. Even a call on the morning of my daughters wedding to reassure details and confirm arrival timeAlan was our chauffeur on the day and nothing was too much trouble, even manoeuvred the car nearer the front door to save the bride walking in the rain Our journey to the church and afterwards to the reception was in complete comfort with his excellent driving skills.I would highly recommend Yorkshire Wedding Car to any bride looking for transport??????????

The service we received on our wedding day was 5 star, ? Alan couldn’t of done more for us when it rained he even brought us umbrellas ?? there were refreshments in the car and tissues (incase) and the fizz on route back was a lovely finishing touch. He was prompt on arrival and knocked on to let us know he had arrived. The car was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend from booking 1.5 years ago to our wedding last Friday communication was great and we even got to choose what colour ribbons on the car to match our wedding colour scheme. we hired the car for my daughters wedding last week and the car and especially Alan the driver were amazing and made the day perfect. He was patient waiting for everyone to be ready and for the rain the slow down to ensure bridesmaid and bride didn't get wet. He was amazing with the newly weds making them feel at ease. Highly recommend Yorkshire bridal cars! Loved this old school London taxi was very spacious, decorated with the colours we requested and they even had a bottles of water and bubbly. Driver was so kind and helpful!

Alan & David were amazing! The cars were beautiful and they made us feel so at ease & looked after pre & post our ceremony! Cars were immaculate and given the heat on the day they were well prepared to ensure we were comfortable (inclusive drinks and multiple roof up / down moments). We had a last minute switch of car which we were really grateful for (due to the heat on the day) and the communication about this was excellent. Cannot recommend enough- thank you both.

We used the Bentley for our wedding day and the service was amazing from start to end. They were very accommodating adding extra trips for us and very punctual and on time. We actually hired two vehicles and this one was for the bride, first going to church with parents, then going to the reception venue with her ‘husband’. I often hear of couples trying to plan some ‘alone time’ into their wedding day and always think they should get a car, the most natural alone time straight after the ceremony is the car journey to the reception. My daughter and her new husband enjoyed their alone time in this fabulous car. Booking was incredibly easy and done online. Communication with the company was excellent. We utterly loved having this vehicle to transport first the bridal party to church, then the parents and grandparents to the reception. It meant the whole wedding party could travel with, or literally just ahead of, the bride. Also that the wedding party who would be in the receiving line could be at the reception venue first. Alan, our driver, arrived punctually and was happy to do all that we asked of him. We had two journeys (mother of bride & bridesmaids first the bride and father of the bride second). Despite saying 7 seater it would have been a squash otherwise. As it was raining on arrival at the venue, he even stayed on until the wedding ceremony had finished in case the rain had stopped so that photos could be taken. Unfortunately, the rain continued. This was very thoughtful and generous with his time. Everything Alan did or said put us at our ease which is exactly what you want. The car was amazing, looked great, and I for one felt really special in it as we drove along to the venue.

Jason was great from start to finish- on time (even came earlier when we asked- thank you again!), smartly dressed and very helpful. The car was perfect- as described and was beautiful. I'd give each category 5 starts. It was a pleasure to take my daughter to her wedding in this car. The driver was very courteous and helpful. In addition, the staff at the agency (Charlotte and Julie) were polite an pleasant.

Alan came to pick up my mother and me in a beautiful car. Although I had originally booked a convertible, he graciously accommodated my request to have the top opened just before we arrived at the venue. Water and a mirror were provided inside the car, which really helped us relax when we were feeling nervous right before the ceremony. As we drove through the city in the classic car, many people turned to look at us, and some even cheered. Riding in Alan’s beautiful car made me feel just like a princess! We got the VW Campervan as our wedding car to ferry wedding party to our venue and then transport my Dad and me to the venue. It was great fun and added a touch of class to the day! I used this company for my wedding day and I was highly impressed. The car picked us up from my mums house and then took us to church. Alan waited until after the service and the car then took myself, my husband and my 6 year old boy to our reception at Hazelwood castle. Alan the driver emailed me before the wedding like he said he would and we arranged a phone call about a week before the wedding. We went through the timings and I picked which colour ribbon I would like on the car. The car came early and was immaculate. It was perfect as it was a Sunny days we had the roof down. We had the Beauford car. Alan had provided water, tissues, mints and a mini bottle of Prosecco for after the church service all in a cool box. Alan was a really nice friendly chap and I would 100% recommend this company. The car looked amazing and when we got to our venue which he beeped the horn so all the guests cheered. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. We hired Candeo for our daughter’s prom. Nothing was too much trouble. Jake was our driver, offering to take family photos for us, stopped before the destination to take the roof down so that the girls hair remained perfect! No rush to set off. The girls felt comfortable and safe with Jake throughout the journey. Would definitely recommend and use Candeo again in the future.

I booked a campervan to get from Morpeth to Barn on the Bay for my wedding. Steve (if I have remembered his name correctly) was early, waited for us to be fully ready and drove us comfortably to our venue. We had the van booked for 3 hours and Steve was ever so helpful in taking us up to the ceremony site on the dunes, then taking me and my wife back to the barn via another part of dunes for photos. This was even more appreciated because the weather was naff! Steve had good craic throughout his time with us, and held my flowers so many times as I got in and out the van. We loved Steve and the service he provided!

Mark provided an excellent service. The car looked great, it was very clean and comfortable. Mark was very prompt and professional throughout. We even had some complementary champagne which was a lovely touch.

Oh my goodness Mike and his ECTO 1 completely and utterly blew us away - from the monumental moment he arrived with the full sirens and music playing to surprise my partner on his 50th birthday, the entire experience is one we’ll remember a lifetime. Candeo were absolutely fantastic! We hired the Campervan to take my bridesmaids and mum, and then me and my dad to church, and then me and my new husband to our venue. The driver arrived a little early for us but said he would wait and to let him know when we were ready. We called him when we were ready to leave and he came right to the hotel door to collect us. He was very pleasant on the journey to the church and assured us that if we were too early he would find somewhere to wait so that my daughter arrived at the church right on time. On arrival at the church he informed me that he would wait right there until after the wedding and that there was plenty of time for photographs. The registrars had arrived a little late to venue so we did a quick turn out of the car park and drove a little away and waited. Martin was just brilliant. Waited with all our personal possessions until post ceremony, talked to us about the car - which was beautiful, sparkling and I just loved arriving at my wedding in it. We were incredibly happy with our wedding car. Alan was very welcoming on the day and provided us with umbrellas, Prosecco and bottles of water (all of which were appreciated and needed!). The car was lovely and it felt really special. Timings were all perfect - we cannot fault them! Highly recommend!

Our driver, Grant, was smart and on time and he was very helpful and experienced when discussing the details of the trip. The car was clean and well presented. On arrival at the venue the car and Grant were used to make some great photos by our photographer. Thoroughly recommend.

We were running a bit late but we never felt under pressure. We was all delivered to the church and I forgot to mention the car was a suprise for my daughter and her partner and they were delighted with the car..weather was perfect sunny and no wind which meant the top of the car could me put down for them. I think the driver was Peter. Nothing was too much trouble, he waited around ages at church while photos were done, our grandsons had a photo in the car, my 89 year old mum had her pic taken with the car. Plenty of photos took with the car at the reception. A brilliant day for everyone, would definitely use Vienna's again.

From start to finish we had the best experience. I saw the cae set up at a wedding event 2 years ago and knew straight away I wanted it. I cannot fault this service in any way. Andrejs was very punctual with his arrival and smartly dressed in a suit and chauffeur hat. He assisted me and my dad into the car and allowed us an additional drive through the village we were getting married in as we were slightly earlier than anticipated. After the ceremony Chris and I were greeted at the car and helped into the seats. Andrejs unfortunately had to do some handy work under the bonnet as the car underwent some troubles but with his wealth of knowledge the car soon was on its way back of our reception. We arrived safely and on time thanks to his quick thinking. He is also just a genuinely lovely man!

The car was great, they arrived on time. My dress was tight fitting but it was easy enough to climb in and out of and was very comfortable in the back. They take the top down to let you in and out so that makes it very easy. Very pleased with the service would definitely recommend. The photos with it turned out great as well. Everything was great right up until the very end when we were asked to pay our balance upon arrival at our wedding reception (despite having paid in full weeks before upon booking).Whilst it was cleared up and was not the drivers fault as his system was showing a balance being due, the way it was handled was poor. This shouldn’t really happen, and should have been raised on pick up prior to the Church service (rather than waiting until we had just got married and were stood outside our reception). The driver wouldn’t let us leave despite us saying we had paid and made us wait whilst he called a colleague to confirm the position whilst all of our guests were enjoying the start of the reception.

The only thing I would have liked would have been to have more communication the week of the wedding. This is because I mentioned I wanted navy ribbon on the car but was assured this would be sorted closer to the time. Being able to smooth over details like ribbon would have been nice. Other than that everything was perfect.

This was the coolest thing we decided to book for our Indian Fusion wedding. Despite being in the wedding car for a small duration as my wife had the pleasure of using the car the most, the car was amazing, it looked grand and fit in perfectly with our wedding, the chauffeur was extremely kind, friendly and down to earth, I couldn’t fault him.

We booked the Morris Minor and VW Campervan and it was absolutely fantastic, both vehicles were early which allowed for some adorable photos before the bridesmaids left in the campervan and the Morris Minor was the cutest way to get to the Church with my dad (an old favourite of his!)I couldn't recommend either of these vehicles enough - and having them as a combination was the perfect combination for my wedding!!

From when we booked till the end when we was dropped back. Had nothing but 5 star service. The campervan was in excellent condition and decorated in cute little hearts and a sign in back saying just married, to which we had some amazing photos with. Adam turned up easrly to the venue to pick the bride up so we managed to get some car pictures in. On the drive over he was telling the brides father how to fasten his button hole properly and explained that the bride needed to move her negagement ring over before she goes in. The wedding car turned up early in order for wedding pictures to be taken at home before setting off to the wedding venue. Candeo provided an amazing service, they arrived 10 minutes before set off to the venue allowing me and my family time to get into the car and provided a step. They circled to ensure we were parked close to the town hall and then took us to our venue. The car was beautiful and the driver was very friendly. Everything that I wanted from a wedding car and more, enough space for myself, the father of the bride and 4 bridesmaids. Johnathan arrived early, which was amazing, was super friendly and relaxed (in turn making me relax) and was a pleasure to be around - he even enjoyed the live music performance and was a pleasure to chat to after the ceremony with my husband.Prior to the wedding day, I had made a daft mistake with the timing of the booking, and communication was simple and easy; everything was corrected effortlessly so that the day went without a hitch. The van itself was everything I had wanted and was beautiful inside and out and had some lovely cushions inside, making it a very comfy experience. The post-ceremony photos with our toddler are fantastic, and we love them.I can not recommend enough, thank you for making my day!

We recently got Married and wanted something a little different as a wedding car. The asquith fit the bill perfectly and made several trips to our venue, first with the groom and family, then MOTB and bridesmaids and finally myself and my dad. I’m so happy I booked this car for my daughter’s wedding. The car was amazing. The bridesmaids to the bride and groom loved riding in the car and being able to have the back of the roof down on such a beautiful warm day was Fantastic. Even the small details in the car were lovely, sequin heart pillows and champagne for the bridge and groom. The chauffeur looked very smart in his uniform and was very helpful with everybody getting in and out of the car in their dresses. I would not hesitate again to book this company. And would recommend them to anybody who’s wanting to book a wedding Car. The car arrived in plenty of time and the photographer was able to get some lovely photos.

I highly recommend booking this car. The car was immaculate and trimmed in our wedding colours. The driver was amazing, made us feel so relaxed. He was on time, dressed appropriately and very helpful. Even offered a bottle of bubbly with glasses to enjoy on the way to the venue. The timings were spot on. I had the Badsworth car for my wedding day - Alan was brilliant from start to finish and the car was in great condition. We had a 45 minute drive to the venue - as someone who usually feels car sick I didn't at all as Alan drove so smoothly and took great care when going round corners. He was so friendly and chatty which helped ease my nerves. He was very easy going and ensured me and my guests could get pictures with the car, being on hand to help us in and out. 30/6/25Dear one stop vehicle solutions,Re: Complaint Regarding Prom Transport Booking – 26/6/25I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service provided for the recent prom booking I made with your company for my daughter and her six friends.We had arranged and paid for a limousine to transport seven girls to their prom – a special and important event for them. All the parents involved had contributed towards the cost, trusting that we were securing a high-quality vehicle and service fitting for the occasion.Unfortunately, I received a call from your you the day before the event, informing me that the limousine had broken down and would not be ready in time. While I understand that mechanical issues can happen, I was assured that a “bigger and better” alternative would be provided.What arrived, however, was a Range Rover van-type vehicle, which was neither bigger nor better. It wasn't even clean. The girls were forced to squash in, which not only made them uncomfortable but also creased their dresses. The car took them for a two-minute journey (I was under the impression that they would drive round for half hour or so) The girls asked if they could play music through the speaker and he said no, to this they played their own music on their phones which then led to the driver's radio being turned up. When the girls arrived to the destination, they asked to be dropped off far away as possible so that none of their other friends knew what they had turned up in. This was deeply disappointing and not what we had paid for or expected. In fact, many of the parents’ personal vehicles were more suitable and comfortable than the replacement that was sent.The experience fell far short of what was promised, and it let down the girls on what should have been a memorable and joyful evening. We feel the service provided did not match the cost or the commitment made when we booked with your company.I would appreciate it if you could respond to this email and offer an appropriate explanation and resolution. I can’t recommend Michael enough. We booked this quite last minute for our wedding car, Michael contacted us before the wedding to confirm the booking, arrived early on the day and even when the wedding over ran by nearly and hour, he stayed behind no problem and was happy for photos to be taken. Would thoroughly recommend him.

I had the pleasure of being transported to my wedding venue in a beautiful, comfortable Rolls by my driver David. He was polite, if anything overly punctual, and went above and beyond. Unfortunately we forgot my wedding bouquet and David kindly drove all the way back to my house to pick it up for me while I walked down the aisle. What an amazing man! Brilliant service from start to finish. Very professional

The customer service before the wedding date was good. The evening before I received a call from the driver asking what colour of ribbon I wanted on the car. On the day of the wedding the car was late, which made me anxious and stressed. A member of the bridal party had to ring the company to ask where the car was as it was already 10 mins late at that point for our first pick up. He was told it was stuck in traffic! There was no contact from the company, informing us of the problem. A call had to be made to the venue to tell them the situation. The car arrived for the pick ups with no ribbon, so why ask what colour I wanted. By the time I arrived I was over half an hour late and still had to meet with the registrar. Luckily the registrar did not have another wedding to perform that afternoon. Otherwise, our wedding would not have happened. Once the driver arrived the service he gave was excellent. He took us to a park for private photos and took us back to the venue. If there are going to be vehicle problems I think the company need to contact customers regarding situations like this. The lateness of the car caused all our plans and time schedules to be disrupted. Our entrance music for the ceremony had to be cut short and I was ushered down the aisle in quick time.

Generally a good service , drivers dressed appropriately. My 1 criticism is i was a nervous wreck as wasn't totally sure the car was going to be there i had texted 2/3 days b4 hand , but no reply even tho answerphone said get back as soon as. So, when a worried Father calls, please get back to them . Even just a txt would of eased my very stressed head. Don't leave it till the actual day. !!

The limousine hadn't been washed it was very dirty and hadn't been hoovered there was no ribbon on the front not even a complimentary bottle of water the bar was completely empty the only thing that was good was the driver he was nice even though he didn't have a tie on, I will never use this company again.

Service from start to finish was incredible. Alan was very friendly when we first went to see the cars, was kept well informed prior to the wedding day and on the wedding day he was fantastic. The car looked incredible and overall added so much class to the wedding. We had this car for our wedding day - the driver was punctual, the car was reliable, we travelled 30 mins to the church and 30 mins back to venue, and the car was excellent. Roof came down at the back which was nice for fresh air. The driver Tim was very friendly and just made the whole experience enjoyable - he even helped my husband to pick up the large train of my dress to get it into the car! Overall, a very stress free excellent experience from booking to the day itself. Would recommend to all!!!

Arrived ahead of time so one less thing to worry about. Jim was friendly and helped my dad in and out of the car without making a fuss, he drive safely and was dressed well (however we would have totally been OK with less formal wear as it was boiling!!!!) We hired the Branwith Royale for our wedding at Temple Newsam. Jim was our driver and he was excellent. Communication before the day with Lucy was brilliant, she let us know know what to expect and who the driver would be. On the day, Jim was 15 minutes early which was super helpful as it kept nerves at bay! He then drove me and my bridesmaids to the venue and was brilliant- super friendly and helpful. Jim waited at the venue and then drove me and my husband to the night reception and again, couldn’t fault him. The car was in pristine condition and we felt it really added an extra special something to our day.

The car was beautiful and Nichola was so lovely. She arrived early so we could take some pictures and even decorated with our wedding colours! She was happy to follow along with what we needed to do for everything to work smoothly on the day, would definitely recommend.
